Up one levelSemi-annual meetings alternate between community-wide workshops and technical workshops. Working groups also meet intermittently.

Fall 2007 -- St. Petersburg, FL
- The culminating workshop at the TradeWinds Island Resort, St. Pete Beach, FL, October 22-23, 2007. Report outs by all SEACOOS primary investigators and working groups regarding project activities, findings and lessons learned. Goal: inform the transition to a regional association.

Fall 2006 -- Jacksonville, FL
- A meeting of PIs, Board, and Executive Committe only. Plan SEACOOS Year-Five Program, identify potential contributions by SEACOOS to SECOORA. Seek frank and open exchange; how did SEACOOS work out and what should happen next?

Fall 2005 -- Columbia, SC
- The SEACOOS Fall 2005 Workshop, November 15-16 at the Columbia Marriott in Columbia, SC, will be an internal SEACOOS gathering of working groups. All PIs and individuals working on projects outlined in the Year 4 proposal are encouraged to attend. Affiliate members are welcomed to send one representative. External Evaluation
- In January 2005, SEACOOS invited a 5 person evaluation committee to provide comment and recommendations for the program. Extensive documentation was pulled together to assist the committee in their evaluation, and as supplementary information to the presentations. The three day meeting was held at the USF campus in St. Petersburg, Florida.
