Objectives
- Coordination for key Year 4 objectives and response to the recommendations of the External Evaluation
- Define the central goals/tasks for Year 5 and updating the SEACOOS Implementation Plan.
- Define areas where OWG activities contribute to the Application Themes (points for discussion for the AT sessions on Wednesday) and cross-WG objectives.

- Maintenance of existing in situ measurement systems
- Maintenance of HF Radar systems
- Continued generation of core satellite RS products (query tool development)

- System descriptions (basic information on components from each partner)
- Documenting requirements for operating components of the regional COOS
- Documenting system performance
- Updating the "Equipment Inventory" as a mechanism for keeping up with the regional system status and for tracking/assessing performance
