Goal: To present pros/cons and lessons learned for major outreach mechanisms and venues thus far used.

Goal: To determine which priorities we can tackle together/work cooperatively on.
(If possible, this would include a list of responsible parties and near-term next steps. If time allots, we could begin to develop a strawman for funding as a regional SECOORA outreach effort.)
