The SEACOOS Equipment and Variable Inventory is a new resource for those utilizing, managing, and funding ocean observing activities along coast of the Southeastern US. It catalogs near real-time, in-situ observing equipment and observed variables from SEACOOS partners (UM, UNC-CH, USC, USF, and SkIO), affiliates, and collaborators. The inventory serves this community as a tool to facilitate information exchange about ocean observing technologies. It is also an ongoing inventory of the spatial extent and resolution of variables observed across the region.
